orders & shipping

• Shipping information: We offer standard premium shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Within Germany, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (free shipping for orders over 100€), outside Germany 2-4 days (free shipping for orders over 160€).

• Order status: After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number to track your delivery. 

Return & Refund

• Return Policy : Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unused and in their original condition.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. This may take up to 10 business days.
